Олександр Вікторович Зима (March 8, 1937 - May 3, 1986) was a Ukrainian poet, prose writer, and journalist. He was born in Rybalsche, a village in the Golopristansky district of the Kherson region. In 1974, he became a member of the Union of Writers of Ukraine and later joined the Union of Soviet Writers in 1986. He was also the father of Vasyl Zima, another Ukrainian journalist, poet, and prose writer.
