Златин Вангелов Тръпков is a Bulgarian diplomat who has served as the ambassador to the Netherlands since November 2006. He completed his studies in international law at Kyiv State University. Throughout his career, he has written over 40 articles on foreign policy and international law in Bulgarian periodicals and academic publications. He also served as secretary to President Georgi Parvanov from 2001 to 2006.
