羅張 (1923年1月12日—2006年3月30日) 是一位來自江西省新建縣的中華民國海軍陸戰隊中將和陸軍二級上將。他畢業於陸軍軍官學校第十六期工兵科，曾擔任多個重要職位，包括中華民國海軍陸戰隊司令和臺灣警備總司令部副總司令。他也是最後一位以軍人身份外調的警政署署長，之後此職位由警方內部人員擔任。
