Jeong Byeong-gwon (丁炳權), born January 26, 1948, is a South Korean scholar of Polish literature. He is a professor at the Department of Polish Language at Korea University of Foreign Studies. After achieving degrees in literature from Freie Universität Berlin and Jagiellonian University, he established the Polish language program at Korea University of Foreign Studies in 1987, fostering systematic studies of Polish culture. He has received multiple accolades for his contributions to cultural exchanges between South Korea and Poland, including honors from Polish universities and the Polish president.
