Arahamais Azizbeki Hovsepyan, born on May 9, 1931, in the village of Qshlag, is an Armenian philosopher and a prominent academic figure. He earned his Doctorate in Philosophical Sciences in 1975 and became a professor in 1976. After completing his studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in 1956, he worked in the Artsakh region until 1963. Since then, he has been active in academia at Yerevan State University, serving as the head of the Department of Philosophy and Ethics since 1983. His research focuses on the dialectics of social systems and social psychology.
