Досмұрат Қызылбиұлы Айтқұлов, born on February 8, 1958, is an accomplished engineer and a Doctor of Technical Sciences since 2002. He became a professor in 2004 and is a member of both the International Engineers Academy and the National Engineers Academy of Kazakhstan. An alumnus of the Kazakh Chemical Technology Institute, he has held various academic positions including dean and rector at different institutions, and has over 150 scientific publications, including three monographs.
