Yoav (Shuki) Dor is an Israeli professor emeritus of gynecology at the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University, and a pioneer in fertility treatments in Israel. He established the first laboratory for in vitro fertilization in Israel at Shiba Medical Center and served as the head of its fertility unit from 1993 to 2013. He delivered Israel's first test-tube baby in 1982 and has held various leadership roles in fertility research organizations. He is also the developer of ovarian tissue transplantation techniques for oncological patients, adopted widely by doctors globally.
