Saveliy Eremeevič Falkovich (1920, Krasnodar — 2010, Kharkiv) was a Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, and an academician of the International Academy of Applied Radio Electronics. He is one of the founders of modern statistical theory of spatial-temporal signal processing in radio engineering systems. Additionally, he was awarded the State Prize of the USSR in 1988.
