Vladimir Sarkisovich Grigoryants (12 February 1949 - 27 July 2016) was a Soviet and Russian winemaker, businessman, and politician from Kizlyar. He was an honorary citizen of Kizlyar and authored several scientific articles on winemaking and economics. Grigoryants supervised the Kizlyar Brandy Factory from 1991 to 2008, one of Russia's largest brandy producers and the second-largest company in Dagestan.
