Настасся Захараўна Курносава (March 22, 1924 – May 14, 1992) was an agricultural worker from the village of Zhyrapyery, now known as Partizanovka in the Vitebsk region of Belarus. She is recognized as a Hero of Socialist Labor for her contributions to agriculture during the socialist era. Throughout her life, she remained dedicated to improving agricultural practices and supporting her community.
