Lu Mengzhou (February 1912 – 1999), also known as Lu Mo-ye, was a Chinese writer and translator from Shengxian, Zhejiang Province. He served as a professor in the Chinese Department at Hangzhou University and acted as an advisor to the Zhejiang Branch of the Chinese Writers' Association, as well as the chairman of the Hangzhou World Association. Beginning his teaching career in 1933, he published poems and children's stories, including 'The Story of a Little Rooster' and its sequel, 'Water's Hope', among others.
