Qudrat Ullah Shahab was a prominent Pakistani Urdu writer, civil servant, and diplomat, born on February 26, 1917. He served as Principal Secretary to three heads of state: Ghulam Muhammad, Iskander Mirza, and Ayub Khan. Shahab later held the position of Pakistan's Ambassador to the Netherlands in 1962, also serving as Information Secretary and Education Secretary in his distinguished career. He passed away on July 24, 1986.
