Randell Warren 'Randy' Collins, born on May 11, 1946, is a Newfoundland pharmacist and politician. He represented the Port de Grave district in the Newfoundland House of Assembly from 1979 to 1985. Collins, a St. John's native and a coach in the Newfoundland Hockey Association, was first elected in 1979 and reelected in 1982. He lost his seat in 1985 to John Efford. Notably, he received the Bowl of Hygieia award in 2009.
