Raymond L. Ocampo, Jr. (born February 10, 1953) is a retired Filipino-American luger who represented the Philippines in the 1988 Winter Olympics, where he placed 35th in the men's singles event. His participation was nearly at risk due to passport issues, but he was eventually allowed to compete. Ocampo is also a lawyer and currently serves as the President and CEO of Samurai Surfer LLC, a private consulting and investment firm. He previously competed in the 1986 Empire State Games and was designated honorary captain for the US national luge team in 2010.
