Rizali Khajavi, also known as Azbarali Hajavi, was an Iranian farmer renowned for his heroic act to prevent a train disaster in 1961. When he discovered boulders obstructing the railway, he tried to alert an oncoming train by setting his clothes on fire and firing into the air with a gun. His bravery has become a celebrated tale in Iran, making him a role model in children's education. Khajavi was born in 1931 and passed away in 2017 at the age of 86 in Tabriz.
