Robert Brell i Parladé is a Catalan lawyer and politician, born on March 31, 1936, in Madrid. He served as the last civil governor of Girona and the first government subdelegate in the province until his retirement in 2004. After relocating to Móra d'Ebre during the Spanish Civil War, he studied law at the University of Barcelona. Brell joined FET y de las JONS in the early 1960s and held various positions, including within the provincial government. He later joined Alianza Popular (now Partido Popular), serving as a city councilor and eventually governor. He retired in May 2004.
