Sergey A. Gredeskul (1942 - October 7, 2023) was a Soviet Jewish-Ukrainian physicist and Israeli expert in the physics of disordered systems. He served as a professor at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Gredeskul was tragically killed on October 7, 2023, during a surprise attack on Israel in his home in Ofakim.
