Shafin Ahmed (February 14, 1961 - July 24, 2024) was a Bangladeshi singer and composer, best known as a member of the band Miles, where he served as the bassist and lead vocalist. He gained fame both with the band and for his solo career, featuring in several albums. Born to musician parents, he was involved in music from a young age. Over the years, he left and rejoined Miles multiple times and later formed a new band called Rhythm of Life. He also ventured into politics towards the end of his life.
