He began his career in 1998 and transitioned from a graphic designer to a full-time music artist. He collaborates with Bong-Ra, performing together under the name Servants of the Apocalyptic Goat Rave. Desmet is also part of the Belgian party crew Breakcore Gives Me Wood. The name Sickboy Milkplus is inspired by a drink from the film A Clockwork Orange.
