Svetoslav Argirov is a Bulgarian pop performer born in Plovdiv on April 23, 1959. He initially graduated from a music school in his hometown and later attended the 'Professor Pancho Vladigerov' Music Academy, where he studied piano. In 1981, he debuted in a youth contest with his brother Blagovest as the duo 'Vega'. The following year, they formed the duo 'Argirovi Brothers' and performed at festivals in Bratislava and Dresden. In the late 1990s, he released his first solo maxi-single and participated in several feature films.
