Thomas Wesley Forrest, born on April 11, 1952, is a former American football offensive guard who briefly played in the NFL for one season. He played college football at the University of Cincinnati and was selected by the San Diego Chargers during the eighth round of the 1974 NFL Draft. Forrest's professional football career was short-lived, but he made an impact during his time in the league.
