Tord Jöran Hallberg (1937-2015) was a Swedish computer scientist, engineer, and computer historian. He showed an interest in amateur radio as a teenager, pursued electrical engineering at Chalmers, and graduated as a civil engineer in 1962. His career included working at SAAB, where he led projects on civil computers. Hallberg was later a university lecturer at Linköping University, authored several textbooks, and contributed to the establishment of Sweden's first civil engineering program in computer engineering. He also published on Swedish computer history and participated in creating the IT-ceum computer museum.
