Tulku Thondup, also known as Tulku Thondup Rinpoche, was a Tibetan master of the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism. Born in Golok, Amdo (Tibet) on December 29, 1937, he passed away on the same date in 2023, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, at the age of 86. His teachings and influence contributed significantly to the spread of Tibetan Buddhism in the West.
