Urszula Broll was a Polish painter and cultural animator born on March 17, 1930, in Katowice. She was actively involved in the underground culture in Poland and was a co-founder of the St-53 Group from 1953 to 1956. Broll was also a member of the esoteric circle Oneiron between 1965 and 1976. In addition to her artistic contributions, she played a pivotal role in establishing the first Buddhist group in Poland, highlighting her dedication to spiritual and cultural pursuits. She passed away on February 17, 2020, in Przesieka.
