Valentin Fedorovich Morozov (1911-1999) was a prominent Russian confectioner and businessman in Japan during the 20th century. Originally from Cherenga, near Simbirsk, he contributed significantly to the establishment of Kobe Morozov Confectionery Co. but later parted ways with the management. He founded Cosmopolitan Confectionery, a pioneer in the production of high-quality chocolate in Japan. His work laid the foundation for the evolution of the confectionery industry in the country.
