Marianne 'Veslemøy' Kokkin was a Norwegian resistance fighter during World War II. She was part of the Pelle group and served as editor of the illegal newspaper Ungdom og handling in 1944. Arrested on November 16, 1944, she was imprisoned at Grini until May 7, 1945. After the war, she became an architect and married lawyer John Harald Hagerup Mjøen, with whom she had four daughters. Kokkin passed away in 1976 at the age of 56 following a prolonged illness.
