Victor L. Katch, born on April 11, 1945, is a former American basketball coach and player, as well as a professor of movement science and pediatrics. He taught at the University of Michigan's Division of Kinesiology and served as an associate professor of pediatric cardiology at the University of Michigan Medical School. Katch was also the inaugural head coach of the Michigan Wolverines women's basketball team, during its formative years from 1973 to 1974.
