Vicente Mondéjar Piccio (March 1, 1927 – April 28, 2015) was a prominent figure in the Philippine Air Force during the early years of Ferdinand Marcos's dictatorship. He lost command in 1986 amid the EDSA Revolution, a pivotal uprising that contributed to the fall of Marcos's regime. His inability to maintain control of the air force was seen as critical to the success of the people’s revolt. Piccio was also responsible for a 1985 order that prohibited Filipinos from traveling or working abroad without government permission.
