Vincent Deporter (1959-2022) was a Belgian comic and storyboard artist known for his work in the comic book industry. He began his career as an assistant to Jean Graton and sold his strips under the name Mike Deporter to Spirou magazine. After moving to New York in 1996, he contributed to DC Comics, working on adaptations of popular animated series like Scooby-Doo and Ed, Edd n Eddy, and also inked Batman and Superman style-guides. Notably, he worked for Nickelodeon on SpongeBob SquarePants and illustrated philosophical works.
