Violet Duca, originally Violet Kostanda, is a former Turkish volleyball player born on January 26, 1958, in Istanbul. She was a significant player for the Turkish national women's volleyball team, with 120 national appearances until 1986. Duca played for Eczacıbaşı SK from 1972 to 1986 and contributed to their 14 Turkish Championship victories and a runner-up finish in the 1980 European Champions Cup. Additionally, she has managed BJK from 2006 to 2008 and Fenerbahçe SK from 2008 to 2015.
