Władysław Dec was a Polish Roman Catholic priest and a member of the Salesians. He was born on January 26, 1907, in Daszawa, Poland. A chaplain of the Home Army, he served with the rank of lieutenant colonel. Known by his pseudonyms Skorupka and brother Celestyn, Dec dedicated his life to religious service and the welfare of the community. He passed away on November 12, 1999, in Przemyśl, leaving behind a legacy in both religious and military service.
