Throughout his career, he achieved significant milestones, including training three Hokkaido Triple Crown winners and winning numerous prestigious races. Dōyama holds the record for the most career victories as a trainer in Hokkaido racing, achieving a total of 1,394 wins before retiring on November 30, 2023.
