Zbigniew Kiwka was a Polish prose writer and poet, born on January 28, 1932, in Słowik near Lviv, and died on January 5, 2014, in Słupsk. He lived in Gliniany until 1939 and, after the war, moved with his family to Antonówka as part of repatriation efforts. Kiwka debuted as a poet in 1958 in 'Głos Tygodnia' and received multiple awards for his works, including novels. Despite recognition for some manuscripts, many of his writings remained unpublished.
