Žika Stojšić was a Serbian general born on January 25, 1921, and passed away on November 3, 2018. He joined the National Liberation Army of Yugoslavia and the Communist Party of Yugoslavia in 1941. During World War II, he commanded several units, ultimately leading the 1st Vojvodina Brigade. After the war, he held various positions including Chief of a department at the Yugoslav People's Army, Chief of staff of a military district, and head of the Supreme Commander Cabinet of SFRJ. He was influential in military leadership in Yugoslavia.
