Erik Sigvard Partheen was a Swedish architect, born on February 25, 1921, in Ysby, Hallands län. He graduated from the technical gymnasium in Gothenburg in 1941 and from Chalmers University of Technology in 1946. Partheen worked in various architectural offices from 1946 to 1951 and served as the city architect in Mölndal from 1951. Alongside Einar Andreasson, he designed terraced houses in Mölndal from 1955 to 1956. He passed away on March 11, 2001, in Fässbergs, Västra Götalands län.
