Genkō Ishikawa (February 11, 1921 – June 13, 2006) was a Japanese astrologer and technical expert known for significant contributions to astrology, elevating its standards in Japan. He studied astrology deeply, developing new methods and maintaining a rigorous analytical approach free from occult influences. A former Imperial Navy lieutenant, Ishikawa was also an inventor and held numerous patents. He published extensively in astrology, founded the Astro Circle organization, and served as a mentor to aspiring astrologers. Ishikawa also contributed to amateur radio and was involved in technological advancements.
