José Luis de Santos Arribas is a retired Spanish professional cyclist and current sports director, born on February 12, 1968, in Soria. He competed professionally from 1991 to 1995, primarily with the Banesto team after winning the amateur Circuito Montañés. Post-retirement, he served as a technical director for various cycling teams and was the Spanish national team selector from 2009 to 2012, during which time his teams won two bronze medals at world championships.
