Fyodor Nesterovich Semiglazov (1918–1984) was a participant in the Great Patriotic War and served as the commander of a gun in the 6th Artillery Regiment of the 74th Rifle Division of the 13th Army of the Central Front. He held the rank of Senior Sergeant and was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union in 1943 for his bravery and service during the war.
