He founded Nomura Corporation in 1939 and held various prominent positions, including Chairman of Odakyu Construction. Nomura was also a member of the House of Representatives and served in several political roles in Tokyo. He was involved with multiple organizations in the construction and finance sectors, reflecting his influence in both business and politics.
