Tsuruko Shōfukutei (born January 18, 1948) is a prominent Japanese rakugo performer and radio personality. He is affiliated with the Kamigata Rakugo Association, holding the title of a shin'uchi (master performer). He has been recognized for his contributions to rakugo and currently serves as the chief disciple of Matsutaka. Tsuruko Shōfukutei is known for his comedic talents and has performed alongside notable figures in the rakugo scene, including his contemporaries, the sixth-generation Katsura Bunshi and the fourth-generation Katsura Shundanjin.
