Viktor Vladimirovich Kiselyov (January 13, 1918 – March 22, 1978) was a Russian Soviet prose writer, poet, and children's author. He was a member of the Union of Soviet Writers. Kiselyov was born in Irkutsk, where he spent his entire life, contributing to literature through his works aimed at both adults and children.
