I saw your comment, I have been helping a neighbour of mine, who I have become close with through this she was in a violent relationship she is 10 years younger than I am with a 4 year old daughter, and iv helped her through this battle and she is doing great and has used all my advice iv gave, having been in her situation, I realised that I was preaching to her to do the right thing, basically what I’m advising her is I fact the actions I have to make myself, I thought about it and how much off a hypocrite I am telling her she should be doing this ect…., and I finally built up the courage to take the steps now I taken them the first major step is infact telling my own partner that we are going no where to much has happened that can not be undone, he controlled my life for so long and although iv grow stronger and I don’t well I try and not let him control it now but when it comes to some matters there’s that bit of control that is still there, he won’t move out. How can I make changes for myself and kids to make my life and their life better if he won’t,
